Hear Gregory Cohen, an artisan in the new soda fountain movement, describe his work reviving lost drinks from the 1930's at his soda fountain in Tallahassee Florida. The rediscovery of the treats and techniques of the soda fountain mirrors the local food movement. Gregory will take you back to the start of the bubbles and take you to where they are going today.
